I think it is bad lighting. No filter/editing was done to this photo. I always think that, I do have trouble blending in and not getting it the way I want it!

Foundation: Revlon Photo Ready Foundation
Contour Pallette: MUA nude pro-based complexion kit
Lips: I outline my life's with a nude mua pencil, then with a black lip pencil. Over that I use MAC Russian Ref
Eyes: Mac shadow woodwind with the MAC carbon. For mascara I used the MAC in extreme dimension 3D black lash!

I agree with bailee it looks like it was edited with the smoothing tool and the eye shadow could use a little more blending. Other than that blush and contour seem spot on, what color is that on your lips?
