Latifah, thank you girl! No it wa quite a long process. I would just start becoming more conscious of when I was biting so I'd stop myself every time I caught myself in the act haha. It took about a month for that to fully take effect. Finally I just stopped about 4 days ago and I haven't since! So happy! I just keep painting my nails (which never used to help) and reminding myself they'll be pretty and long haha! Idk it just came to an abrupt stop and I'm happy! Sometimes here and there, I'll catch my self again, and I actually bit my thumb so it's shorter, but otherwise nope! :) you'll get there.
Lars, love that color!! I always have mine red haha. I'm so excited you're saying that because my nails haven't been this long in I don't know when!! Haha.
Ariana, lol, I'm weird. :) thank you. Natural is always best. Especially if they're nice and groomed.
