I've just grown out my hair from all the crazy haircuts I've ever gotten in my life, and now, I want bangs. I've been wanting them since last year, but I don't think it's a good idea. Anyone had any experience with fake bangs and can you recommend me some? Also, can you wear your hair down with them without using a headband? 😊

I would recommend them. I use mine and they look very realistic. Mine are straight across and I do a mid-part and then use pins to pin the top part of my hair to the side a little if that makes sense
And then I clip on the bangs and they clip on the front top of my head and yeah.
Idk the rand, they were on sale at Sally's but you can get them anywhere. The ones I use have three clips and I trimmed and colored them to match my hair

Thank you both! @Aurora, since you were able to color them, does that mean they were human hair?

Yes, mine I got we're human hair and I didn't has any issue. Mine were just a tad darker and brassy so I just used a hair color from Matrix and it matched perfectly

I had to make my own, I bought 8 inch 100% human hair extensions, thick hair string to sew the hair extension clips on (which I also bought) and followed this tutorial on YouTube: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=x0k4aGSrfKk
It was all about $20, and now everyone thinks I have bangs. I have enough hair leftover to make about 5 of these as well.

I use a headband and it looks perfect, with a little work I'm pretty sure I can do an updo without the headband. Instead of gluing both layers of hair over each other like he did in the video, I sewed them. I didn't sew them good either, but wow they work and look very realistic...!
