I recently bought this dress for an absolute steal (like less that $6 steal) and I love it but I don't know what shoes to put with it , it is a black color not navy blue in case any one was going to ask lol.

I would go with either black or red heels, but that just me. I think any color heel would match it.

If you DO wear stockings, straight-up pumps would look sexy. Really, you can't go wrong with your color choice because you can tie it all together with accessories.
