Lol me too!! Hmm I don't know... For me, maybe I'll just wear a natural makeup? The one that just give you enough coverage but still looked natural (?) blush on,a little bit of light eyeshadow to brighten up my inner corners, maybe I'll put up some eyeliner and mascara.. And a lip tint for my lips.. Just to make my face looked fresh..

For the hair... If you're in a hurry, maybe you can just pull your hair up into a bun, maybe you kan braid it first before your make a bun, or you can make a messy bun... You can make a high ponytail too, with a braid on the side of the head, or a cute mohawk... Or if you have time the night before, you can braid your hair overnight to make sort of beach wavy hair...

Here's the deal with college...everyone is different and everyone is willing to spend different amounts of time on their makeup and hair in the morning. Personally, I don't do much to my hair but straighten the little wispies in the front.
Makeup wise, though, I go all out every day because it's fun for me to wake up and do that =)

It really depends on you class schedule and what time your willing to start your day. I wouldn't spend too much time on my makeup and hair time wise. Maybe just straightening pieces, like Hannah said, and mascara, powder, and a pit of eyeliner

I think it depends on how much time you have, as abby said. if your classes start later in the day, then you could do a full face if you want. if they start earlier, then you could just do some concealer, eyeliner, and mascara. and some cream eyeshadow if you want. for the hair, you could do a side braid, messy bun, high pony, half up - half down, or just leave it all down!
