Didn't know what place to put this in but I wanted to let you know a shaving tip. If you're viens are blue, then you hairs grow down, so shave upward. If you're viens are green, you're hairs grow upward, so shave downward! I used this tip many times, thought I would share.

That technique doesn't really make sense if you have veins that are blue-green. I'm just confused, it doesn't make sense to me.

Also, you got a rash from shaving? Are you sure it wasn't the razor or something that you were using? In my experience, shaving doesn't cause irritation unless you're using an old razor or your skin is sensitive to shaving against the grain.

I have green veins and this isn't true. I used to shave downward when I was new to shaving and I always wondered why it wouldn't remove all the hair and then I switched techniques and now I never struggle getting all the hair! And I agree with Alexis. The act of shaving doesn't really give you a rash, it's the razor.

Okay.. I know this is true because my DOCTOR said this and my doctor is reliable.. And the act of shaving does give me a rash.. I've tried all razors.. Stop saying that my doctor is wrong please.

I wasn't trying to be rude Gabby. It may have worked for you, but I was just saying it doesn't work for everyone because I have green veins and I have to shave upwards to get all the hair. Sorry if I came off rude! Usually it's the razor, I've never heard anybody get a rash from shaving their legs in general, but not saying it's impossible. Sorry if I came off rude though!
