I have disgustingly fat love (hate) handles, muffin top whatever you wanna call it ugh :/ and if i wear jeans, sit down, or anything they come out and i try to hide them as much as possible. Any tips on how to get rid of them?

I want to try Zumba or belly dancing for this because they always have such nice midsections- but I'm too embarrassed! Anyone here do Zumba? Words of encouragement?

Thanks a tons ladies, i'll definitely try out those exercises (: and Heather, if it helps i have the zumba for wii and it's really fun! It shows you how many calories you lose with each dance you do!

Make sure your diet is good also. No matter what people say you can't out train a bad diet. I just lost three stone in around 5 months by cutting out bad things like sugars, processed foods, dairy, wheat / gluten, alcohol and white carbs. It was tough but my weight dropped off and I stopped getting migraines and acid reflux etcx
