Idk if it's a pimple? Help!

I have this spot underneath my nose that isn't a bump and it isn't red but it really hurts everytime I touch it. Does anyone know what it is and how to make it go away? Thank you!

Its probably a cyst. It will go away in a day or two but keep it cleaned with alcohol do it every time you feel like it needs it!

Or maybe a pimple that's forming or just under the skin. Those hurt like a mother frick.
