DO NOT USE VITAMINS WITHOUT CONSULTING A DOCTOR FIRST. That can lead to many health problems and actually hurt you. Vitamins/biotin are taken for people who have a deficiency in something which is why it is important for you to consult a doctor first to check if it's safe. There are no pills, vitamins, or miracle products that will revive your hair. Once it's dead, it's dead and has to be cut off. Any products you but may make the hair appear healthier, but it's not going to just magically repair it. I highly recommend just cutting it off and then using coconut oil as a hair mask to keep your hair healthy 😊

Olive oil masks do WONDERS for my hair and scalp. I like I let it sit for an hour in dirty hair before I get in the shower. Wash with clarifying shampoo first, then with your favorite shamp/cond (so wash twice, and leave conditioner in for 5-10 minutes and then rinse)

I use Matrix repair conditioner, Aussie 3 min miracle in moist, Macadamia deep repair masque, Infusium 23, and Aquage sea extract silkening treatment. They all work great!

Oh, and definitely try the brand Marrakesh if you can, it's sooo good for a quick fix before going out somewhere. I have their regular argan/hemp seed oil blend-- absolutely wonderful for smoothing-- and their "endz" split end treatment. It really helps as long as you only use a tiny tiny bit of it.

I used (& still use) Pro Naturals hair repair system when my hair was damaged after post op radiotherapy. Had all my brittle ends chopped and followed the suggested regime. I am thankful for my hairdresser's recommendation.

Leave your conditioner in for maybe 5 mins each night while your in the shower shaving or doing other things them rinse it off it'll bring back them moister in it especially in then ends

Hey if your hair is like that I would suggest doing the big chop, or cutting a few inches or bits and pieces every few months so you won't look crazy. Coconut oil is good like some had listed but that's not the only thing you can use to promote new hair growth. You need to set yourself up a new routine.

Washing: Be sure to stay away from Sulfate and Paraben shampoos and conditioners -listed in the ingredients- it can cause dry/flakey hair and SULFATES is the part that foams and is used at car washes. Be sure to use a wide tooth comb, fingers, or Pick. Those will be your best friends that way your hair will not come out a lot. And also when washing section your hair into 4's 6's however you want, and then afterwards let it dry for a few minutes to 30 and immediately moisturizes the hair and scalp.

Moisture: Coconut oil, Castro oil, lavender oil, almond oil, Shea butter, almond oil, Rosemary oil, and any other oils you should buy to help the hair grow. You should always put the light oil first to make sure it won't make the hair flat and then use a thicker oil or butter like shea butter or pure cocoa butter. Moisture is the key to hair growth, I don't care what none of these girls say lol it's the truth. Without it your hair would become brittle and hard and it will become worse on you precious head ma!

Protective hair styles: This is really going to promote hair growth. Before you go to someone BE sure to wash your hair and personally moisturize your hair first. The people who normally does braids or sew ins or w.e normally don't moisture your hair and scalp for you. So that will definitely make your hair growth. Leaving your hair alone for a few months while it has the oils and proteins that it needs will help your hair come back, of course if you cut those ends. Protective hairstyles such as: box braids, yarn, sew ins, twist, etc.will help the hair grow. And I personally LOVE yarn ( I have it in my hair now) since it's a fabric you can easily soak the fabric into your oils and braid or twist it into your hair THIS promotes hair growth Ma. I am speaking from experience and for my first year doing my own hair. I had fully noticed a difference when using yarn.

Eating/drinking: Water, veggies, detox drinks, natural foods, etc.and of course more. These items will help your body, skin, and hair inside out! Sorry I typed a lot but some of these responses isn't going to help as much! This is all from experience and although everyone's different. You can fine something new along the way. And it may works. So give these tips a good try! Byee xxx
