You could try a biotin supplement. I've that works wonders for hair growth.

Talk to your doctor before taking any kind of vitamin or supplement. It could be caused by a medical condition and taking vitamins you're not deficient in can be dangerous.

The thickness of your hair is mainly genetic but it also naturally thins out with age as well as causing damage to it from heat and/or chemicals from hair dye - you may or may not be able to change the thickness of your hair but you can try some products to make it appear thicker with volumizing products and/or rogainne.
