I have tried SO many eye liners for my waterline and even the waterproof ones do not stay. The only way I can ever get it to work is to add some MUFE Aqua Seal to eyeshadow and apply that in my waterline. Do you ladies have any suggestions for a great eyeliner that will STAY PUT in the waterline?

I don't put pencil on my waterline that often but a tip is to dip your pencil in a gel liner and then apply it to your waterline. It always stays for me no matter what pencil.

It's not a pencil, but inglot gel liner will NOT budge, no matter where you put it! It has changed my life lol.
