Hello beautiful ladies!
I am an Esthetician at a salon/spa. I want to talk to my boss about adding makeup as a service. It is a fairly new business and she has her hands full with working through the kinks of owning a new business. Before I bring it to her I want to make sure I do all my homework.
I have a couple of years of experience in make up. My time at Ulta helped me improve my technique as I was able to work with makeup artists from higher end makeup. The problem that I'm coming across is building a makeup kit for the salon. Should we just buy makeup from different lines or is there a good company that will help support this new salon with education and a consultant that will guide us in the right direction?
I'd appreciate everyone's professional opinion!!

I'm not a professional at all but a lot of salons I see usually use one or two lines, for example my mom's hairdresser works with Make Up For Ever...and this brand is pretty much solid on the quality of all or almost all of their products.
