Why is it that everytime I go get my split ends cut off I come home and wash my hair and it's like they're all back but when I leave my hair feels great and healthy and I can't say it happens right when I get home but maybe like a couple days later.

I noticed that too,but I thought it was just me not being good of a 'hairdresser',as I cut my own hair lol.
Maybe its because when they cut it,they manage to cut only about 80% of the split ends,the rest of them just linger here and there and show afterwards lol

I always have split ends always! I can get 4-6 inches cyt off and still have split ends. when I asked my hairdresser last time she just replied that the scicors and razor were probably getting dull. I just gave up.

Omg same with me. Literally after maybe 2 weeks from a trim I get those split ends. Even if I use ZERO heat on my hair they still pop up!

Sometimes it depends on how they cut your hair. I went a couple of times with a guy that used razor and by the time I came home I already had split ends. Shocking! How?? Why?? then I realized it was due the razor and the technic he used. Later I went with another hairdresser, she used great scissors and was patient. I had no split ends until 2-3 months later.
