Restoring Dried out colourpop eyeshadow.

So I accidentally left one of my colourpop shadows open and obviously it dried out. I was wondering if any of you found a way to restore them. Like adding a beauty oil would restore it. It is one of their metallic shades.

Maybe you can try Adding a little eye drop solution. That's what I use for my dried out mascara, may work for the shadows (:
