Hi guys. So since there are so many liquid lipstick brands out there, I wanted to know..Which brand of the liquid lipstick formula do you like best and why?
I have Dose of colours, Lime Crime, Kat von d and L.A girl. Unfortunately for some, for me personally I love the formula of Lime Crime the best. But because of all the drama around the company, I stopped buying and I'm still searching for a holy grail. The L.A girl matte lip glosses feel sticky on my lips after drying. The Dose of colours is my second best formula. It's thicker and easy 2 apply. Feels comfortable on the lips. I have Kat von D Lolita but I don't know whether I got a bad batch or not but the shade is so muddy. Formula feels a lot like Lime Crime. I want to buy another good shade to compare.
So, which brand would you recommend? I know everyone's lips and tastes are different. Some ppl can wear cement on their lips and can take it. I want something that's comfortable on the lips and not too drying.

I like the bourjois velvet one it's super light on the lips and it doesn't dry your lips out and it stays on so long!

I love Lime Crime also I know people are against them but I enjoy their products.
One brand I really love is Stila. They don't have very many color choices but those things lasted forever on me and they didn't suck the life out of my lips.

My favorite is actually a drugstore one. The nyx liquid suede lipsticks are wonderful! They don't dry to a matte finish like most, but you can blot the shine away if that bothers you. But they last FOREVER and are soooo unbelievably comfortable to wear. Not just bearable, but actually feels good on your lips! Inconsequential, but the packaging is also really sleek and sturdy, and you get a LOT of product.

NYX cream suede ones dry to a matte finish and they are so nice! They don't look messy, are creamy and pigmented, and wear very nicely!

I just made a colourpop order for the matte lippies. I heard they reformulated so I want to try them out. It's so hard for us coz I love in Africa so we hardly get those brands. We only got a Mac store this month. So buying online I'd the best bet but I can't sample a lot of products. Thanks for the recommendations ladies..

La femme is my Holy Grail , I absolutely fell in love with them they smell pretty and are affordable there about 10 , but don't come with as much product. The formula is not to heavy and they stays on for a long time.

Lip maestro by armani are a beautiful velvet matte finish liquid lippy.. Feels very moisturized on the lips and very long lasting.. For something more affordable the sephora lip stains are great as they aren't too drying on your lips.
