I absolutely adore my Tarte Clay Paint liner! It gives you the matte black opaque application of a gel but since it squeezes out it applies as smooth as a liquid and doesn't dry out like a gel tends to! Seriously love this product and because it's so smooth and creamy it really does last you forever

Nothing beats inglot gel liners!
Its super black (if its black you want), dosent smudge, is a great price (14$ I belive) and it comes in all the colors you could ever want!
