For under eyes, Tarte Maracuja & L.A. Girl. But I like L.A. Girl a little better only because I get a better color match but their formulas are comparable. For facial discoloration I like Kevyn Aucoin Sensual Skin Enhancer. Its not my Holy Grail, but it's the best I've found so far.

Oh Kate then I have to recommend you the Urban Decay Naked Skin concealer! It's so so good! It's super pigmented so you only need a little bit, I last all day - and actually doesn't require much setting with powder! I'm pale as a ghost and use the shade Light warm (the lightest shade I believe) but they have a good color range so I'm sure you can find one that will match you :)
