You can contour your face to make it appear a different shape, but you can't physically change your bone structure. I think you look fine just the way you are so beautiful.

When I contour I like to contour underneath the cheekbones, jawline, and the hairline. I use KVD contour kit in Sombre or Shadowplay depending on my skin tone at the time. It does help slender my face!

I put my foundation first, set it then I do contour. My contour product is a powder though. If you're planning to do a cream contour, you would do it after foundation, contour, then set

That chart merna posted is dead on correct also contour the entire perimeter of your face and your nose if you like. Also when you highlight under your eye (if you do) do drag it all the way out to your hair line it makes your face appear wider, only go to the end of the tail bone in a triangle formation. I also have a round face.

I have a baby face too! I'm 26! Most contouring is designed to achieve an oval shaped face, to me it looks like you have a lovely shaped face and good bone structure!! From that pic if I was doing your makeup I would shade under your cheekbones and highlight the tops to make them really stand out. If you want to slim your nose then shade down the sides and highlight a thin band down the centre, maybe add a bit of bronzer on the tip to shorten. Shader under jawline will help you look even slimmer too. I always do foundation first then use concealer, set with translucent powder and then contour. X.

RMS Rose-Marie Swift shows how to achieve the correct way of contouring in this video so that you'll have a better understanding. I highly recommend all to watch this video of a old school artist explanation and visual difference. :)
