Best matte topcoat?

I'm looking for a good matte topcoat that won't get shiny quickly and doesn't compromise the longevity of the polish underneath (if it helped prolong the polish that'd be great, but just not making it chip faster is also good). I have Formula X's matte topcoat, but I feel like it's not very matte and gets shiny again after only one or two days, and it makes the polish chip a lot faster. It can be high-ish end, but please not like Dior or Chanel lol. Thank you in advance!!

Honestly Nicole by OPI works well enough for me.. it got shiny ish after about a week.. and chipped sooner than my nails usually do but it's matte so it's to be expected.

I highly recommend matte me crazy by NYC! I have tried low and high end and NYC is the best! I find Essie's is a big hype, with little results, the same with formula X. Plus NYC is only 2 dollars!
