I had my hair colored bright red and it's trying to figure out a good mask or conditioning treatment since my hair is dry now and I have naturally curly hair.

Also let me know what you think!!

Love your hair. Don't do any hot oil treatments. at sally's they have A phogee 2 minutes treatment and hair moisturizer. Also it's a ten. apply coconut oil and leave it for at least 30 mins and wash your hair.

I just recently started using the 10 in 1 renewal masque by shea moisture and it has made a world of difference in my curls! Love the color by the way :)

I love your hair :)
I also have red hair and have been doing coconut oil masks - especially right after I bleach :) It's cheap and I think has really repaired my hair!

Coconut oil. Organic, it's the best thing and it's natural.

I'm on team Coconut Oil! As the ladies recommended, organic, extra virgin and cold pressed is best. Do not heat it as it loses valuable beneficial properties. Instead, you can warm it between your fingers/palms, or scoop some out in a dish and place that dish in a shallow pan of hot water until it softens to your liking. I leave mine on for a few hours or sleep in a shower cap, applying to the length of the shaft and ends, avoiding the scalp. This is simply my preference. Then, I wash out using a sulfate free shampoo. I would alternate it with a deep conditioning hair mask. Our mod Hannah recommended the power pack from Loreal and I love it, as well as a Macadamia Nut one I picked up at Sallys. It's a 10 spray is good stuff paired with a "Wet Brush", although I do prefer Pravana Nevo Leave-in, so I switched to that as my stylist uses/recommended. I can see and feel the difference the change has made. I'd also pick up a great dry shampoo!

I should have mentioned I can't do coconut. I'm really allergic to it :(

Are you allergic to all nuts?

Ahaha I'm sorry. A coconut is not even a nut. Long day. Can you do Macadamia Nut or Argan Oil?

I can do everything else but coconut.

Awesome! I'd use the Macadamia nut for masks and use a tiny bit of Argan on my ends after styling..just a tad. It will keep frizz down as well. Your hair looks bomb, btw.

Thanks. I love having red hair. I'll look for the macadamia nut mask. I have aveda dry treatment that helps a bunch on my ends I totally forget I bought

Or you could look at Pro Naturals Hair Repair System's mask that contains argan oil followed by applying the argan oil leave in treatment which is a fantastic heat protectant and stops frizz, breakage and static. Alternatively you can follow their suggested regime (as set out on their website), which is what I do.
