Under eye concealer help!!

Hello ladies, so I really need your help! I have really dark under eye circles and I have tried a few products to cover them but I can't seem to find the right one, I have tried Maybelline fit me concealer in shade20 Sand, and also a Clinique concealer and foundation two in one in the shade sand, And both of these products leave a dark grey circle after application. What concealers do you recommend? I am looking for something full coverage, I don't mind spending a lot on a product that will help me, and also I'm a little stuck on what colour concealer to get, lighter than my foundation or the same colour? At the moment the foundation I am using is Maybelline 048 in Sun Beige. Please help!! xo.

I tried everything as mine are hereditary. Even as a child, I had them. For me, my go to products are Perfekt Tinted Eye Perfection Gel and my newest discovery, thanks to Ms. Jacqueline, Kevin Aucoin's Sensual Skin enhancer. The second is soooo pigmented that you literally need only a dot. One tiny dot for both eyes and the cheek area. I watched a few youtube videos on it and thought it was 1.) expensive and 2.) Too good to be true. I spoke with Ms. Jacqueline about it and now I cut it with a Embryolisse Lait-creme Concentrate so I imagine the jar will last an eternity...making it incredible cost effective in the long haul. I also use my local drugstore 's clear, caffeine roller and am addicted to Shiseido Eye Masks, which I save for big nights out. Hope that helps!

You probably need to use a color corrector first before your regular skin tone concealer. NYX has an affordable orange concealer if you're on a budget. Follow with your regular concealer and that should help conceal the circles and it won't make them a grayish color.

I feel the exact same about the fit me concealer! What I find works the best is benefit boiing! Because it's a bit thicker in consistency, ut covers better but it still doesn't feel heavy on the skin. Its a holy grail product to me, and I've used up 5 of them already! I normally get really tired of products and change them out Quickly, but this one I've used for about 3 years.

Shannon Harris; Shaaanxo uses this concealer in her videos. And honestly I've seen it give full coverage. If you see her under eyes before and after the concealer. It is LA Girl Pro Concealer.

I had that same problem. I have been using Tarte Creaseless Concealer in Medium (supposedly yellow undertone) for a couple of years. Now all of a sudden it looked too light & greyish. So I thought I was getting a little tanned & decided to get 1 shade darker which is TAN. But TAN was too dark. So while I was at Sephora swatching the shades , I found that LIGHT-MEDIUM worked perfectly for me which is weird because it's a lighter color but in peachy tone. I do have a yellow undertone to my skin but when it comes to my dark circles, what appears to be a lighter shade (albeit peachy) worked better than a concealer with a yellow undertone.

I have hereditary under eye circles which are red and they're hard to conceal. I've noticed that if I get a gray color its due to using the wrong shade or undertone of concealer. Currently, I love mac prolongwear concealer but from your reviews I think ill try the sensual skin enchancer next.

I think skin type/condition is also a factor. What works for one, may not suit another...some people crease, or are oily, etc..so it is good to do recon like this. I hope you find something you enjoy.

Is the kevyn aucoin sensual skin enhancer a concealer or foundation or multi use? I have been thinking about it...honestly because the name grabs my attention. I'm a sucker lol. as I'm reading up on it though, it sounds amazing.

It is multi-purpose, Kimberly, and due to the incredibly high pigment, works well even cut with your favorite moisturizer...although there is a separate foundation available for purchase, but I have not tried that. I really feel as if youtube is a great way to familiarize yourself with the product since it is so pigmented, yet still buildable..much in the way RCMA creme foundation is. I usually pair it with Embryolisse Lait-creme and my Lumene CC Cream, using very little product and still enjoying lovely, natural looking coverage. It works well with my MUFE Foundation as well, but honestly, I need less and less foundation with the enhancer...and need no color corrector when I use it. It does not crease, settle into fine lines or dry me out and never looks cakey on me. I am continuing to learn how best to use it, but certainly enjoy even that. It may not be for everyone, but it has worked wonders for me. :)

I'd like to note that I am a moisture junkie and always use a light hand and that might be why I don't get creasing with this. Ms. Jacqueline suggested a color based on an unfiltered photo I showed her when inquiring about the product. If you use MAC skin products, finding your match may be easy, but I believe this comes in 16 shades. I prefer using it for my eyes..bringing it down the cheek and around my nose rather than as a foundation for the entire face.
