You can dye your hair dirty blonde and dip dye the ends purple.

Color oops doesn't do all that much honestly unless the brown in your hair is semi permanent. also, unless your hair is bleached underneath, you will need to bleach. I think any shade in the purple family will look best on you which works in your favor since blue is very hard to keep up

Honestly use colour before extra strength. I had black and pink hair and it took it to a light brown and a light blonde, after just one use. I had no ginger or yellow tones and also it wasn't patchy. I would suggest putting a plastic bag over your head once you've put the colour before on and then blowing the hair dryer on your hair to help the process
