I agree with Maddi. Long makes you look younger and more youthful imo. Short looks good too, but it just makes you look more grown up. I guess that's personal preference. If you really want a change, maybe cut it to about boob length. I would just hate for you to cut it off and then regret it because hair growth is such a log process for some people and I sure regretted it!
