River island high waisted black jeans are my favourite, they are £40, fit really well, keep their shape well and are very black.

To be honest I haven't ever found black jeans that stay black so I normally dye them black again using a dylon machine wash every 4 months or so, they are only like £5.

H&Ms 7.99 jeans or Forever21 for 14.99. High waisted, skinny, they don't fade. Had both pairs for about a year and they're as black as when I got them! So comfy too :)
To be honest, I hated River Island and Topshop jeans. They're so overpriced, fit really badly and fade like no ones business
