Hey guys so my hair is really frizzy and gets a lot of dead ends. I just got it trimmed but that didn't seem to help. I use Aussie shampoo&conditioner and I let my hair air dry. It's next to impossible to brush my hair and I went a week with it in a bun because it hurt to brush it and even made me cry. Help please!!😩

Well frizziness doesn't contribute to tangles usually. But try a leave in conditioner and an oil, whether just a drop or two on the ends of your hair or as a mask pre shower. Another thing I suggest is brushing before you shower. I do this all the time because my hair gets very tangled when wet and if there's any knits before I will get my fingers stuck in it while shampooing. Gentle brushing is important, start at the bottom and work in small strokes till you reach your scalp, and be really gentle on any knots. I have a very sensitive scalp too and I find grabbing the hair near the root, just holding the section a bit higher and brushing that section, and moving to the next helps. It breaks the amount of pull the scalp is getting.

I use a hair repair system, Pro Naturals. Was introduced to it by my hairdresser because my hair was brittle, breaking, dry etc., and in need of TLC. Started using it in December 2014 and I still do following their regime. For me the hair mask and the argan oil leave in treatment are what has turned my hair around. No more breakages, split ends, frizz or dull hair.

Brush your hair before you shower. Start at the bottom and gradually make your way up. It will hurt less that way. And try dangling your hair while in the shower. When your using your conditioner, let it sit in your hair for a few minutes and then run your fingers through your hair. Trust me it works wonders. And after showering, spray in a leave in conditioner or oil like Alyx said. Hope this helpsss!! 😋😄
