I bought coconut oil from Sally's a couple days ago and I want to know what kind of benefits does it have?

It helps growth and hydration- you ca also use it on your lashes and brows to help stimulate growth.

It moisturizes and repairs hair. before I used coconut oil my hair couldn't hold a curl for 15 minutes but now it can hold it until I wash it. warming it up in the microwave and adding a little bit of honey is what I've done.

Prefer my Pro Naturals argan oil that I use as a leave in treatment. I don't have to rinse it out and it has a lovely smell. Another added advantage is that it is a great heat protectant.
