So it's one of my best friends 12th tomorrow and I'm wearing this royal blue dress with a skater skirt type finish but I'm not sure what to do with my hair and makeup. I'm sorry I've only got a pic of it hanging because I haven't worn it yet and the lightings bad so it doesn't look as blue. But can anybody help me with hair and make up ideas thanks. Xxxxx

In fact the Lighting is that crap that it looks grey but I promise it is royal blue. Also my eyes are hazel my hair medium/long strawberry blond and naturally a horrible wavy/straight and my complexion is fair/medium if that helps

I would do a cat eye liner, with neutral lips. And for hair, I would do a bun! Hope that helps!
