It depends on the shoe for me - some shoes are just more comfy than others and I'm more about comfort than style - my croft&barrow heels are about 3 inches and they are comfy enough to wear every day but I also have some Vera wangs with a 5 inch heel that are comfy too.

Where I live everyone wears 4-6 inches. I wear a bit over 5 inches and I'm 5'7". But this is only for office work because if I had to actually be walking around doing stuff there's no way.

I guess 2-4 inches, I honestly wear nikes at school, but the most comftablest heels for like everyday would probably be 4 inches or less
