I just recently made an account to get points when I purchase things at Sephora, and unfortunately I purchased my naked 2 palette and KVD foundation without any idea that I could get points or anything. Is there any way I can add the points to my account after a purchase?

Sephora keeps everything you purchase in their computer, which is why returns are easy as pie, but if you return them and then repurchase, I would think it would look shady. You could try writing them to express your excitement and appreciation over the points program and inquire if there is any way to earn points on your purchase..if it was very recent...within 30 days.

You will never get to speak with anyone on the customer service line. I have been trying for 2 days.
