I've been breaking out really badly. I haven't tried any new product and I drink a lot of water. I also wash my face every night with a acne cleanser. Can anybody give me any suggestions on how I can get my face to stop breaking out?

Great question, Alexis. I use all cotton and change my pillowcases every 3rd day. Sheets, once a week if the air is on or it is cool. It could also be strss. Try drinking green tea, which fights bacteria and inflammation. It is also great topically as a cool rinse to soothe irritation. I brew 2 teabags and let cool. Then splash on my face or soak up with a cotton washcloth and close my eyes..resting with it on my face. The teabags reduce eye puffiness as a bonus. You may also want to examine any changes in diet...even switching fabric softener or laundry soap can cause a reaction. What acne cleanser are you using? Do you use an aloe, alcohol-free toner? How do you moisturize? Some natural oils can actually help acne. Primrose is naturally antibacterial. I also love Sweet Almond and Jojoba...always organic.

Well, I have acne as well and what you probably need to do is change your pillow case regularly and see what's in the acne wash, it might be irritating your skin. But, you should also be using some type of skin care treatment.
