I just dyed my hair for the first time and I needed some hair care tips! I wanna keep my hair healthy so that its not dry and still grows.
My main 2 questions are can I still use coconut oil to deep condition and should I use heat less often? But all tips are appreciated!

I've heard that washing/doing a final rinse with cold water helps, too. Try to use a shampoo that's formulated for dyed hair - others may strip the color faster.

Yeah you can. But just so you know, oil will fade color faster. I would suggest using a mask for color treated hair rather than oils. Oils after styling is fine but madks will fade less. And heat will fade colors but not noticeably, but cutting down on heat will help with the overall health of your hair

If your hair is dyed well, it technically shouldn't affect the dryness, growth rate or healthiness of your hair. However, it's best to use a shampoo, conditioner and treatments for colour-treated hair, for exampke I love the Garnier ultimate blends colour-treated hair range. It's very moisturising, contains argan oil and cranberry and is in a red bottle. Rinsing hair with cold or lukewarm water is fab too as it adds shine. I would use less or no heat, but if you do, Wella and Tresemme make very good heat protectants. The Wella is a lilac colour in a clear pump bottle and the Tresemme is in a black spray bottle
