Just put white eyeshadow in the corners of your eyes. it makes mine looks bigger.

I find putting quite abit of mascara on your bottom lashes makes my eyes look bigger. Also fake lashes will definitely make your eyes seem bigger:)

Don't have a picture off hand but I've started doing this every day and it makes my eyes look big and bright...should probably do it a little differently but I'm broke so here goes:
concealer around eyes to get rid of dark circles, highlight the inner corner of your eye and right under the brow, I put slightly shiny, very pale minty colored shadow (I know, I shouldn't use shadow...like I said, broke. Also, white works just as well) on my lower water line, my usual black or brown liner as usual (top only!) and lots of mascara on top with a teeny bit on bottom, outside corner mostly. I'll see if I have a pic (:

Works on me: silver eyeshadow on the inner corner eyes, black eyeliner on upper waterline and bottom waterline but only half or even 1/3 from the outter corner, fake eyelashes will never go wrong (circle lenses if you want to)
