Make eyeliner out of eye shadow?

How can you make an eyeliner out of eye shadow? Does it have to be loose or can you make it out of pressed? I am trying to get different options?

If its pressed just stale at it and it will become loose powder apply it to a small lid or in a cup add a small amount of makeup setting spray or Vaseline and mix

Easiest way to make an eyeliner out of shadow is to start with some type of cream or gel base apply that first then set with a color shadow. You can also try mixing a clear mascara with pigment of your choice so long as it's eye safe but depending on the ratio it may or may not be pigmented enough.

You can make a mixing medium with 1 part glycerin and 3 parts water and that is a good option. Also Ulta sells an eyeshadow transformer.
