Winged (cat) eyeliner

Use the gel liner to line the top lashes as usual. At the outer corner, draw a diagonal line towards the end of your eyebrow. Then draw a line back down and connect it to your lash line - creating a slanted "A" and color it in. Use the black pencil to line only on the lashes on the bottom. I use a q-tip to clean up the water line and below the lashes. Put on mascara, clean the water line, then put on the white liner! :)
