Easy way to make your eyes pop with coot

I used the bright purple from my Coastal Scents 252 Palette over my lid. I then used there deep blue in the crease. Then I used my Makeup For Ever black liner to line my low lid and water line. I topped it all off with Lights,Camera,Flashes mascara by Tarte
