Blue liner, Simple Makeup

I really do not wear foundation everyday but I wanted my eye look to pop. I used minimal eye shadow for this look and a blue liner accentuate my upper lash line. To open up my eyes, I used a neutral eye pencil in my waterline. And then a red lip to make my makeup pop.
