Fun Summer Look

It's winter where I am now but I love this outfit a lot. I have red high waisted shorts from wet seal and tucked my Cami in. I used a really cute belt I got from a thrift shop and then this adorable lace cardigan again from wet seal. Shoes I wore..... My favorite high tops. Always gonna be wearing my chucks or combat boots. Heel? No. :P
