This girl came to me, she has very coarse and ethnic hair, her previous haircut was butchered! The woman took thinning shears to it and messed up the hair terribly! So I decided to give her something totally new, the whole time I was cutting her hair, I had her facing away from the mirror. Once I finished cutting and styling, she began to cry, and she said, "My hair has never looked good until!" For once she was happy with her hair, and loved it!
