Cup Cake nails
this isnt my idea i got this from Summer A.
i had fun with this.
the blue for the base color is from Sinful Colors "Savage 950"
the pink strips i used Kiss nail art paint.
the white i used Milani nail lacquer
and for the top coat Jordana 'yellow out'
