Tarte Lights, Carmera, Lashes! Mascara in Black.
Wet & Wild 900B matte lipstick. (I wasn't crazy about the lipstick much so now I use it as a base under my concealer since it covers any darkness under my eyes. I will show that use in the picture labeled "pic #2".
