HELP!

Okay so I'm needing tips on everything lol. Formal is coming up for me and I'm kind of getting bored with my hair. I was kind of thinking I want to do auburn color for my hair should I die it? Also I always have really dark bags under my eyes! I just need some suggestions on pretty much anything you've got! :) thanks in advance!
