Well I did these myself so $0! I used tape to create the diagonal french tip, painted it a cream colour and then used gold nail polish to create some dots and using a dotting tool, and a reference photo of a leopard, dotted on brown spots around the gold. Apply the rhinestones and some top coat and you're done!
