uhhh what can i say... you want liquid eyeliner for the top line, and for underneath the pupil on the bottom line, remember to use a primer, I used a bright white on the lid, then towards the outer half of the crease a bright blue, and a light pale violet for the inside, white on the inside corners of the eye top off with mascara.
