You're stunning. So dont feel ashamed. I was readind Dr perricones 3 tier approach. Maybe start improving your diet, try adding omega3 rich foods like salmon and flaxseeds, also vitamin c and zinc supplements, cut out sugar and start having lots of water. Salads with extra virgin olive oil. Plain yogurt which has probiotic cultures :) give it a try, i think a good diet is vital to avhieve a clear complexion

I have exactly the same skin as you ! I just gotta say you are lucky you are still a gorgeous girl besides the acne. I found nothing worked for my skin and i tried EVERYTHING under the sun, even a few different antibiotics from the doctor, but nothing helped ! Until i used roaccutane. Its a cure rather than a "get you through" type of medicine. It does have side effects but only some people experience different ones. I highly recommend asking your doctor about it :)

I understand how you feel! I had a lot of acne in the past, fortunately I started to put honey on my face! Yes honey! It's natural and it helps with pimples, scars and red spots. My face looks so much better now!
You should try to see if you get any better! Also, try not to use products in your face that contain alcohol because acne get's worse because of that.

you know ive recently become interested in home remedy products. There are some amazing treatments using witch hazel, green tea and even lime juice. You appear to have mild to moderate acne. Ive had wonderful results with the products ive mentioned.
