hey thanks Eunice! how are you? so guess what i got the bio-oil and ive been using it for a couple weeks. it says ill see results in 3 months so im going to stick it out and see what happens lol. it hasn't broken me out so that's a good thing. what have you been up to?

Hey Eunice! Thanks for your response, i've seen the bio-oil on the shelves at walgreens sometimes with a deal so i'll definitely check it out for my acne scars. I have to confess, i am really bad with my skincare routine. I have this skincare set from the body shop that i've been using but some days i'll switch cleansers or moisturizers and i wont do the same thing every day so im looking for products that i can stick with. My skin used to look a lot worse before i started actively exfoliating and moisturizing. I've tried the Olay regenerist microdermabrasion and peel kit once a week before and it helped. I also tried the alba papaya enzyme facial mask followed up with the queen helene mint julep mask. Basically, the products that i seem to grab when i'm not thinking because they work well for me are:
St. Ives Apricot Scrub
Aveeno's Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer
Queen Helene's Mint Julep Mask
.. everything else is a free for all, whatever i find in my bathroom lol..
Im not loyal to any cosmetic line right now; ive only tried bareminerals foundation and everyday minerals foundation. I can't get complete coverage but so far they havent given me problems in terms of breakouts so im happy. Im so glad you told me that about mac because i've been debating with myself whether or not to try out their foundation and concealer.
I may give clinique a try and follow up with the bio-oil. Maybe ill track my progress lol.. Thanks for stopping by!

oh gosh! It sounds like you switch up your cleansers often which can stress out our skin and create a volatile environment.
I was* on Aveenos and the Queen Helene Mask ...but I honestly look back and wonder what it ever did for my skin. The mask did have an instadifference but it's not like it ever dried up any pimples or made them go away long term. I like whipping mine out for sleepovers now lol
Anyway, the clinique toner is fantastic. The cleanser and the lotion is alright and goes well with the toner (I believe all products are meant to work with one another so it's best to be really loyal to one brand) but I have friends that only use the toner and it makes a HUGE difference.

Bareminerals is fantastic! I LOVE them... and will always be loyal!

a volatile environment? you scared me straight! haha starting today i'm gonna try to at least stick with the same cleanser til i run out of it. in the meantime, i'll save up and try that clinique toner. wish me luck! im currrently going through a really bad breakout right now and it's stressing me out even more :(

Hi Ava, i can help you with some recommended beauty products for wedding. Using St ives exfoliating. A hydrating cream and moisturise cream. Eating healthy, drinking water, avoid spicy food. Hope it helps.
