Have no idea what kind of camera or camcorder to buy for shooting video tutorials? No problem! Choose one of our favorites, and then start recording that amazing content.

This camcorder's zooming capabilities make it stand out. It's great for those up-close shots of applying eye liner and also has an optical image stabilizer so you won't look like you're shaky and rocking back and forth while zoomed in.
2. JVC Everio GZ-HM320BUS - $449.95
Do most of your recording in the evening? This camcorder offers a low-light performance, which means it's sensitive to dimmer settings. The body of the camera is fairly small and sleek, making it highly portable when traveling.

I bought the Lumix DMC-ZS10 (paid about $300) a few months ago and absolutely LOVE it! The best camera I ever owned. Has lots of manual setting as well as automatic. I can't seem to take a bad pic with the camera and I still have no clue what most of the manual settings do. It also takes video, haven't used that much cause it takes up a lot of space but what I've done so far came out great. The professional Leica lens is what made me pick this model. I'm not sure where the ZS10 fits in the lineup of the camera listed here but I don't think you could go wrong with any Lumix.
