This is a versatile face mask, you can mix it up with honey, lemon or other ingredients for different results!

Yogurt is one of the most natural ingredient you can use on your face that can be easily available at almost every grocery store or supermarket. Most of you have one sitting in your fridge right now!

⋆ It moisturizes: It contains lactic acid that helps to smooth dry skin and prevents fine lines and wrinkles.
⋆ It exfoliates: The natural acids of yogurt help dissolve dead skin.
⋆ Pore Shrinking: Lactic acid helps close large pores.
⋆ Whitening Effect: It makes your skin fairer, yogurt has a mild bleaching effect and it is an excellent and gentle treatment for age spots, dark spots and uneven skin tone.
⋆ It Soothes irritation: It adds hydration to the skin and is wonderful for soothing sunburns and irritated skin. If your skin is inflamed and red from acne, yogurt will ease the pain and redness.

✎ DIY Homemade Greek Yogurt Mask Recipe ✎

Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons Organic Plain Yogurt
1 Tablespoon Raw Organic Honey
Prep:
Combine the two ingredients in a mixing bowl. (Warm the honey for a few seconds in the microwave so it's easier to mix with the yogurt. Make sure it's not hot because it can burn your skin.) Once blended well, apply the mixture to your clean face and neck and leave it on for 20-30 minutes. After 20-30 minutes, rinse it off with warm water and a washcloth/beauty sponge, then gently dry with a soft hand towel. Apply an oil-free moisturizer to your face and neck to retain moisture in your skin and keep the pH levels balanced.
