HI AND HELLO!

Questions for you: Do you want a vid on the Clarisonic? And what's your fave shower hit song?

It's not Tuesday. I FAIL. Sorry, but I tried bloody hard to get this out on time, but I honestly could not stop thinking I'M NAKED I'M NAKED I'M NAKED HELP ME while editing. I still feel a bit uneasy about this video! But, I tried to have fun with it, because ultimately I want you to know you are NOT ALONE, and never will be when it comes to having crappy, annoying skin! Join the pimple club! :)

There was quite a lot I cut out of this. Not just the partial nudity. So here's a few more tips for ya eyeballs:

- What I have would be considered 'mild to moderate' back acne. It comes in waves, and I don't know what single factor, or factors, bring it on for me. If you suffer from more extreme back or chest acne - please see your skin doctor or dermatologist. What I describe here will not be able to help you, and I don't want you to cause your skin more harm!

- The Clarisonic is one of the best tools you can get if you want to make the investment. There are lots of other brands that try and compete, but you can't beat the original ;)

- If you have a problem with Salicylic Acid or Benzoyl Peroxide, then do not use them. I find they work wonders for me, but they can be too aggressive for some skin types.

- Yes, you can use face masks on your body! This was definitely something I initially mentioned but ended up on the proverbial cutting room floor. I would suggest you bring your best friend or partner in to help you with this process, as you could accidentally miss a spot and have a hard time applying anything by yourself.

- I mention a shower puff here, but you can also use a normal wash cloth or loofah if your skin can handle that.

- This is a skin care routine I do every day. The Clarisonic is a big difference, and helps a lot. If you don't have one, you can get small exfoliating brushes too.
