I've had my share of the fluffy Muffin and I used these moves along with cardio + A healthy Diet to get rid of it! This workout is great for toning the core also!
This workout is about control. You want to take your time when doing core/side oblique moves because this will strengthen those muscles and tone that tummy!
I usually do 10 circuits with 15-20 reps of each on both sides! It's going to hurt. But that means, you are melting that fat & toning up.

FOR THE SAKE OF THE VIDEO:
- This was edited. This is a 35 minute workout for me.
Make sure to breath as you do these moves. This will assist you in completing all the reps.
