INGREDIENTS (for 2 persons):
1/2 kg of shrimps (fresh or frozen)
1 clove of garlic
habanero chili (or other)
butter, olive oil
1 dcl of white wine
salt, pepper, cayenne, turmeric, curry
almond flakes
200 ml of cooking cream (20% of fat)
fresh herbs (basil)
250 of pasta
parmigiano reggiano
